Associate Professor of Business Administration, Expert in collaborative governance, strategic planning and performance management
She is actually an Associate Professor of Business Administration at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. She is a Lecturer in Global Public Management and Business Administration. She coordinates the Public Management and Governance PhD Research Track in Business Administration at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. She is expert in collaborative governance (network), strategic planning and Performance Management, Management of the economic crisis, administrative reforms into Developing Countries.
She is Chair, from 2009, of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) - Strategic Interest Group on Public and Non-Profit Management. She was elected and served on the Board of directors of the International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM, 2011-2017). Since 2012 she has been a member of the OECD Observatory of the Public Sector Innovation-Associate Group.
She worked on research projects of the United Nations, OECD, EBRD, the International Institute of Administrative Sciences, the European Institute of Public Administration, the Swedish Research Council, the Swiss Development Cooperation, the Minister of Health, the Department of Public Administration and the Department of Regional Affairs, Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Municipality of Rome. She chaired the independent evaluation body (OIV) of ARAN (2016-2017).
